Which plan do I need?
Basic fits most small business websites: a few pages about what you do, your hours and how to reach you, plus email for you and your staff.
Enhanced is for a busier site: a WordPress site with lots of photos, a blog you post to often, or more visitors.
Premium is for a larger site with lots of photos, documents or video, or for running more than one website from one account.
If you’re not sure, start with Basic. You can move up later without starting over.
What hosting doesn’t include
We keep your site running. We don’t build it. If you need a website built or redone, ask us and we’ll quote it separately.
We also don’t promise our backups will save you. We make them and we will try to restore from them, but keep your own copy too. It takes a few minutes and it is the cheapest insurance you will ever buy.

Can you move my existing website here?
Usually, yes. Open a ticket with where your site is now and we’ll tell you what it takes before you pay for anything.
Can I use WordPress?
Yes. Every plan includes a WordPress installer in the control panel, so you can have a fresh WordPress site running in a few minutes.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel from your account whenever you like. If it’s within 30 days of your first hosting order, you get your money back. After that, your plan runs to the end of the time you paid for. The details are in our terms of service.
Is email included?
Yes. Every plan lets you create email addresses on your own domain. If email is critical to your business, look at Professional Email, which runs separately from your website.
